【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesarelativemeansforclassificationoffilmsystemsusedforindustrialradiography.Thefilmsystemconsistsofthefilmandassociatedprocessingsystem(thetypeofprocessingandprocessingchemistry).Section9describesspecificparametersusedforthistestmethod.Ingeneral,theclassificationforhardX-rays,asdescribedinSection9,canbetransferredtootherradiationenergiesandmetallicscreentypes,aswellasscreenswithoutfilms.Theusageoffilmsystemparametersoutsidetheenergyrangesspecifiedmayresultinchangestoafilm/systemperformanceclassification.Thefilmperformanceisdescribedbycontrastandnoiseparameters.Thecontrastisrepresentedbygradientandthenoisebygranularity.Afilmsystemisassignedaparticularclassifitmeetstheminimumperformanceparameters:forGradientGatDx2013;D0=2.0andDx2013;D0=4.0,andgradient/noiseratioatDx2013;D0=2.0,andthemaximumperformanceparameter:granularityx03C3;DatD=2.0,andgradient/noiseratioatDx2013;D0=2.0.Thistestmethoddescribeshowtheparametersshallbemeasuredanddemonstrateshowaclassificationtablecanbeconstructed.Manufacturersofindustrialradiographicfilmsystemsanddeveloperchemistrywillbetheusersofthistestmethod.TheresultisaclassificationtableasshownbytheexamplegiveninTable2.Anothertablealsoincludesspeeddataforuserinformation.Usersofindustrialradiographicfilmsystemsmayalsoperformthetestsandmeasurementsoutlinedinthistestmethod,providedthattherequiredtestequipmentisusedandthemethodologyisfollowedstrictly.Thepublicationofclassesforindustrialradiographyfilmsystemswillenablespecifyingbodiesandcontractingpartiestoagreetoparticularsystemclasses,whicharecapableofprovidingknownimagequalities.See8.ISO11699x2013;1andEuropeanstandardEN584-1describethesamemethodforclassificationoffilmsystemsforindustrialradiography,butitsclassdefinitionsandnumberofclassesdonotalignexactlywiththistestmethod.Internationalusersofthesestandardsshouldbeawareofthesedifferencesfortheirparticularapplications.Note18212;ASTMresearchreportE07x2013;1005containsdocumentationoftechnicalmethodsusedduringthedevelopmentofthistestmethod.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedurefordeterminationoftheperformanceoffilmsystemsusedforindustrialradiography.Thistestmethodestablishesminimumrequirementsthatcorrespondtosystemclasses.1.2Thistestmethodistobeusedonlyfordirectexposure-typefilmexposedwithleadintensifyingscreens.Theperformanceoffilmsexposedwithfluorescent(light-emitting)intensifyingscreenscannotbedeterminedaccuratelybythistestmethod.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associate......
