【摘要】:Thisguidecoverstechniquesthatareappropriatefortheconstructionandmaintenanceofgrasstenniscourts.Thisguideprovidesguidanceforselectionofsoilsystemsandturfgrassspeciesincourtconstructionandforselectionofmanagementpracticesthatwillmaintainanacceptableplayingsurface.Decisionsinselectingconstructionandmaintenancetechniquesareinfluencedbyexistingsoiltypes,climaticfactors,adaptationofgrassspecies,levelofplayanticipated,intensityofuse,budget,equipment,andtrainingandabilityoftheturfmanagementpersonnel.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
