【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestechnicalsafetyrequirementsandmeasuresformobileormovablejacks(see3.6)andassociatedliftingequipment.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttomobileormovablejacksandassociatedliftingequipmentwhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.Thisstandardappliestoliftingequipment(see3.1)whicharemobileormovableanddesignedtooperateundertheload,whetheroperatedsingularyorinmultiplestopartiallyortotallyraiseandlowerloadsorvehiclesatoneormoreliftingpoints(excludingtheliftingofpersons)whereworkingundertheraisedloadisnotpermittedunlessadditionalmeansofsecuringtheloadinpositionareinplace.NOTEAssociatedliftingequipmentmeansliftingequipmentwhichissimilartothosedefinedin3.1,butwhichdoesnotfullycomplywiththesedefinitions.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishadditionalrequirementsfor--powerdrivebyaninternalcombustionmachine;--stabilityofthemobileormovablejacksandassociatedliftingequipment;--operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeclimates,freezerapplication,strongmagneticfields);--operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres,mines);--supplybyelectricalnetworkswherethetolerancesinvoltage,frequencyetc.differfromthoseinthepublicsupplies;--staticelectricproblems;--handlingofloads,thenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids,radiatingmaterials,especiallybrittleloads);--hazardsoccurringduringproducinganddecommissioning;--hazardsoccurringwhenusingtheliftingequipmentonpublicroads;--windpressureinandoutofuse;--directcontactwithfoodstuffs;--operationonseaships.Thisstandardappliese.g.tothefollowingliftingequipment--mechanicaljackswithorwithoutclaw;--hydraulicjackswithorwithoutclawandwithorwithoutintegratedpump,e.g.hydraulictrolleyjacks,hydraulictransmissionjacks,hydraulicpitjacks;--pneumaticjacks.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoa)jacksorstabilizerswhicharepermanentlyfixedtoatraileroracontainertosupportatrailerorcontainerwithoutthetractor-unit;b)hydrauliccylinderswhicharepermanentlyfixedtothevehiclefortippingand/ortiltingpartsofit;c)supportstandswiththepossibilityforchangingtheliftheightonlywithouttheload;d)hydraulicliftingequipmentworkingwithamaximumpressureexceeding500barandwherepumpandcylinderarenotintegratedpartsofthesameequipment;e)jacksthataredeliveredwithroadvehiclesforhelpingwhenabreak-downoccurs(includingdeliveryoforiginalspareparts).
