【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedforusebythoseresponsibleforthedevelopmentandimplementationoftrainingprograms,thatincludecompetencyevaluation,fortriageintheprehospitalenvironment.Thisguideisnotintendedtobeusedbyitself,butasacomponentofGuideF1288.Thisguideacknowledgesmanytypesofindividualswithvaryinglevelsofemergencymedicaltraining.Italsoestablishesaminimumtrainingstandardandencouragestheadditionofoptionalknowledge,skill,andattitudinalobjectives.Avitalroleinthedevelopmentandoperationalapplicationoftriageisthatofmedicalcontrol.ThisguideshouldbeusedbymedicaldirectorsinthedeterminationofoperationalandmedicalprotocolsforuseduringMCIsandcoordinatedwiththosewhoareresponsiblefortraining.Atthebeginningoftheprogram,studentsshallbeinformedofthecourseobjectivesandrequirementsforsuccessfulcompletion.1.1Thisguidecoversminimumrequirementsforthetrainingandevaluationofindividualswhoperformtriageatanemergencymedicalincidentinvolvingmultiplecasualtiesinaprehospitalenvironment.1.2AlltrainingwillbeinaccordancewithGuideF1653.1.3Includedinthisguideisastandardforknowledgeandskillevaluation.1.4Operatingwithintheframeworkofthisguidemayexposepersonneltohazardousmaterials,proceduresandequipment.ForadditionalinformationseePracticeF1031andGuidesF1219,F1253,F1285,F1288,F1453andF1489.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificprecautionarystatements,seethedocumentcitedinFootnote3.
