【摘要】:ISO20683-1:2005isapplicabletotowbarlesstowingvehicles(TLTVs)interfacingwiththenoselandinggearofmainlineciviltransportaircraftwithamaximumrampmassover50000kg(110000lb).TherequirementsforregionaltransportaircraftwithalowermaximumrampmassarespecifiedinISO20683-2.ItisnotapplicabletoTLTVswhichweremanufacturedbeforeitsdateofpublication.ISO20683-1:2005specifiesgeneraldesignrequirements,testingandevaluationrequirements,maintenance,calibration,documentation,records,tracingandaccountabilityrequirementsinordertoensurethattheloadsinducedbythetowvehiclewillnotexceedthedesignloadsofthenosegearoritssteeringsystem,orreducethecertifiedsafelifelimitofthenosegear,orinduceastabilityproblemduringaircraftpushbackand/orgaterelocationormaintenancetowingoperations.ISO20683-1:2005specifiesrequirementsandproceduresfortowbarlesstowingvehicles(TLTVs)intendedforaircraftpush-backandgaterelocationormaintenancetowingonly.Itisnotintendedtoallowfordispatch(operational)towing(seeClause3,Termsanddefinitions).Dispatchtowingimposesgreaterloadsonnosegearsandaircraftstructureduetothecombinationofspeedandadditionalpassenger,cargoandfuelloads.ISO20683-1:2005doesnotapplytotowbarlesstowingvehiclesinterfacingwithaircraftmainlandinggear.
